1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please note that processing time is separate from the shipping time.

2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

We primarily ship via USPS, UPS, or DHL, depending on the destination and selected shipping method at checkout.

United States (Domestic):

Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days

International (Including UK, Europe, Canada, etc.):

Standard International: 7–20 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates provided by the carriers and commence from the date of shipping, not the date of order.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight of your items and the destination address.

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all US orders over $[150].

4. International Shipping & Customs (Important for US Customers)

We ship to the United States and many other countries worldwide.

We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes for Expedited or Express International services (Standard shipping may allow it depending on the carrier).

7. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
